This artwork shows a sea turtle, painted from the inside out. Besides her intestines, you can also see the turtle’s eggs. The eggs are beautifully protected inside her belly. Once the eggs have been laid, they are in danger. We can help the sea turtles, so they can grow up and become internal beauties.
Brigitte has been living on Bonaire for 1.5 years, and before then, she lived on Aruba. Brigitte is painter, who loves to make abstract work. She is inspired by nature, specifically by colours and shapes in nature.
